How can I achieve fabulous, youthful skin with Anti-Aging Skin Care?

There is only one cause behind imperfect skin: Dosha Imbalance

Here is what happens when there is an imbalance in each dosha:

Let’s look at Mary. Mary came to see me as she felt she was aging prematurely. She is 56 years old but felt that the clock started showing on her skin in her late 40’s. She felt she had more wrinkles and saggy skin than her friends of the same age. She was considering plastic surgery and wondered if the years as a lifeguard, when she was younger, had permanently damaged her skin. She considered plastic surgery because she wanted to age gracefully but felt she was running out of solutions.

If this sounds like you, you are probably a Vata and feel that you are aging more rapidly than your friends. It’s normal for our skin to age as we age because collagen and elastin wear down with time, as well as with greater exposure to weather and certain lifestyle factors. We need to look at the root cause of any oxidative damage, hormonal imbalances, and nutritional deficiencies.
