Oil pulling is an oral health technique that can strengthen and whiten teeth, fortify gums, freshen breath, hydrate the mouth, while removing toxins from the system. It has also been shown in recent studies to help with TMJ.
HOW TO USE YOUR ORAL SWISH
Place 2–3 teaspoons of oil in the mouth and gently swish back and forth, occasionally pulling the oil through the teeth. Continue for at least a few minutes and up to twenty minutes. When finished, spit out the oil (do not swallow) and rinse the mouth with warm water.
