This herbal oil is prepared according to the long and rigorous process prescribed by Ayurveda – cooked over a slow fire in brass vessels, infused with the finest herbs and allowed to mature over time. Carefully chosen aromatic herbs, natural resins, and organic oils create these unique personalized healing oils.
Vata: The base oils in your blend are warm, heavy, deeply hydrating, and nourishing. The herbs that are infused into these oils are nourishing to the skin and calming to the mind. Together the blend of oils and herbs work together to balance dryness, coolness and restlessness.
Pitta: The base oils used in this blend are cooling and hydrating. The herbs that we infuse into these oils are also invigorating, and hydrating to help in moving the lymphatic system and cleansing. Together the blend of these oils and herbs work together to balance dryness, heat and intensity.
Kapha: The base oils in this blend are light, warming, and hydrating. The herbs that we infuse into these oils are also warming to the skin and calming to the mind. Together, the blend of oils and herbs work together to balance stagnation and heaviness
Warm the oil and apply to the entire body using gentle massage strokes. Leave on for 10-20 minutes. Follow with a bath or shower without soap. Pat dry and relax. External Use Only.
