Open your mouth and extend your tongue to inspect for a film or coating. Place the tongue cleaner towards the back of your tongue and gently scrape any coating forward and out of the mouth. Rinse off the tongue cleaner and repeat this process 6-7 times or until you no longer see residue collecting on the tongue cleaner and your tongue is clean.
