Strength and Flexibility
This yoga practice will bring balance to your overstimulated mind and stressed body. It is designed to build your core while maintaining flexibility. The balance between flexibility and strength will benefit you immensely as you start your cleanse.
Relax, Cool and Calm
This sequence is designed to relax, cool and calm your energy. Using slow and steady movements, this noncompetitive approach will focus on just being present – on being and not doing. The twists in this practice will aid detoxification of the liver and blood but will still keep you cool.
Energizing and Stimulating
This practice is designed to energize and stimulate. Using a series of standing poses, inverted poses and backbends, this practice will have you normalizing your body weight, reducing any congestion and removing excess fluid from the body.
A Guided Meditation
While this Yoga Nidra is not in the book – I wanted to give you a little extra something that will deeply nourish and restore as you go through the cleanse. Listen anytime you need to feel deeply rested especially before bed.
