We are proud to offer our Ayurvedic Cleanse Program for free because we firmly believe in the accessibility of information. In a world where knowledge is often commodified and withheld behind paywalls, we stand against this trend. We hold the conviction that everyone should be able to access valuable information that can improve their well-being without financial barriers. Charging for essential knowledge goes against our principles, as we believe that wellness practices, such as Ayurveda, should be shared freely and openly. We are not the gatekeepers of Ayurveda wisdom; instead, we aim to empower individuals by providing them with the tools they need to enhance their health and vitality. By offering our Ayurvedic Cleanse Program at no cost, we hope to contribute to a culture of sharing and collaboration in pursuing holistic wellness for all.

What our Clients are saying
Heather DeBoer - Canada
I just wanted to thank you for leading us through the Cleanse. It was a sensible, somewhat easy cleanse to follow with all the right tools in place. It was definitely what I needed, for my whole being!! The actual 3 days leading up to the “purge” and then the actual purge was, well, for lack of a better word, an experience I have never used Castor Oil before. Everything happened exactly as you described. My entire body felt “at peace” (after the 20 minutes of flu-like symptoms). I hated to eat again for fear of losing that feeling. I rested that entire day and then eased gently into consuming your nourishing recipes.
I feel this came at a very important time for me and it was just what I needed to refocus. I am hoping to maybe do it again in the new year.

I don’t know what you did to me 😉 but I can honestly say that it is the first time in a long trail of dieting that my mind is set more on the process than on the end result and when I am looking for a permanent lifestyle change rather than just losing some weight quickly and then getting back to the old habits. So thank you for that. Yes, it is a bit challenging but also fun discovering new tastes and foods and also a new will I did not know I had 😉

I’m not sure I managed to convey how thrilled I am, so I thought I’d write you post cleanse results:
bloating: gone, heaviness in head: gone, hip pain: gone, plantar’s fasciitis: almost gone, GERD: I’m off my medication (I ran out, thought this was a good time to see if I still needed them): very little coughing at night (my primary symptom)
pants: fit. I was having waistband problems because of all the bloating.
mind: clear, calm, interested in things beyond my workday. Sleep: good, elimination: fine , cravings: none. I am so happy with this cleanse, way beyond expectations!!! Thank you so much!
The Ayurvedic Approach to Cleansing:
The traditional Ayurvedic Cleanse aims to eliminate these accumulated toxins and energies from the body. Before these toxins can be expelled, we must first kindle the digestive fire – we do this to make sure our body has the capacity to “digest” and burn the toxins that get released from the deeper tissues during the cleansing process.
Our Ayurvedic
Cleanse entails:
Pre-cleanse
This phase focuses on cleaning up your diet and lifestyle to prepare for the next active cleanse. We start by revamping your habits to improve your gut health. You will use foods such as beets and apples to scrub away toxins and improve good gut health. As you reduce your intake of fast foods, processed foods, meat, refined sugars, and sweets, you’ll focus on eating as many simple, whole foods as possible. This will set the stage for a more productive cleanse and help your body ease into detox mode.
Internal and External
Oleation
Internal Oleation involves the ingestion of ghee. Don’t worry if you are vegan (I’ll tell you what else you can use). This will help loosen the sticky, fat-soluble toxins and help them move toward the digestive tract. During this time, you’ll add a warm oil self-massage to the body, and enjoy self-care practices.
Purgation
Once the oiling loosens the toxins, the ingestion of castor oil flushes it from the body. This is a one-time purgative procedure produced by the qualities of the castor oil. This will not remove all the toxins from the body but will help clean out the toxins that weaken your digestive fire or metabolism. Once this is done, your digestion will handle more efficiently the next phase of the cleanse.
Active Cleanse
This is the heart of the cleansing process. During this time, you will eat a mono diet with simple, cleansing foods. This diet is substantive enough for you to maintain your essential responsibilities, but it simultaneously resets the digestive system, supports the elimination of toxins, and balances Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. This is the transformative part of the cleanse and that means losing unwanted fat, getting that glow back, recharging your metabolism, balancing your hormones, ditching the belly bloat, and losing the toxins that keep you feeling sluggish. You will feel happier and more alert as you ignite the fire within you. You will start filling your energy tank all the way.
Transition
Now that you have spent the past 15 days limiting your diet to certain foods that have reprogrammed your metabolism and taste buds, it is time to begin adding more variety back and not worrying about the occasional slip derailing your good intentions. You will bring back foods that we had eliminated earlier like bead, cheese, red meat, alcohol, and sweets. We will show you how with some other tips to consider.

Frequently Asked Questions
Laxatives actually encourage your system to stop working naturally, as the laxative does the job for you. Laxatives will irritate the colon, and while they will help you go, ultimately, they will dry out the GI tract. Use the Triphala (page xx) to help improve peristalsis.
One of the most important strategies of the Ayurveda cleanse is to ignite your digestive fire (metabolism). Your body cannot do that without some intermittent fasting. It is recommended you refrain from snacking between meals; however, you can drink warm water. As your blood sugar stabilizes and your digestion becomes more efficient, your need for snacks will decrease.
You may suffer a headache as your body detoxifies. This will pass as you go through the pre-cleanse. Try tapering off caffeine and sugar. So, for example, if you are used to drinking three cups of coffee a day, reduce your cups by one for a couple of days, and then by another, and then finally, drink 1⁄2 cup before coming off altogether. Also, drink plenty of water and detox tea.
It is not recommended, as decaf coffee still has some caffeine, and depending on how it has been decaffeinated, it can add more chemicals to your body.
Stop drinking water by 7:00 p.m. In other words, drink your water during the day.
We think we need more protein than we actually do. The Ayurveda cleanse offers more than enough protein and fiber; however, you can always add some hemp, rice or pea protein if you feel the need.
No, continue taking all your prescribed medications. If you are unsure if the Ayurveda cleanse is for you, please check with your physician.
Try eating the fresh apples, as the whole apple is what will help in the pre-cleanse with the bile and liver. However, you can use malic acid if apples disagree with you.
No, it is better to use plain filtered water.
Just eat until you are no longer hungry. There is no point in plowing through your food just because it is there. Eat until you are satiated, but do eat enough to see you through to the next meal.
You can use sesame oil.
Ice in your water will slow down digestive enzymes and make digestion more difficult. That means you will not detoxify as well. Hang in there—you will come to love your warmer water over time.
I would advise that this is not a good time for you to cleanse. All cleanses are somewhat depleting—it is a time to take a step back from intensive exercise and training routines. I would suggest shorter workouts and practicing the yoga sequences for each phase.
No, this cleanse would not be good to do while pregnant or while breastfeeding. Pregnant women and nursing mothers have very unique nutritional needs. If you have any questions, check with your physician.
