Ingredients for Coconut Truffles

  • 1/4 cup shelled raw hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes, unsweetened plus some for rolling
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 15 dates, medjool
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • pinch cloves

Instructions for Coconut Truffles

  • In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients together till you get a dough like consistency.
  • Take a heaped tablespoon of the dough at a time and roll into small balls
  • Roll the ball in the coconut flakes
  • Place in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes
  • Serve cold
  • Enjoy!
