Turkey Bone Broth

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Turkey carcass
  • 2 quarts Filtered water
  • 4 Carrots, washed and chopped
  • 4 Celery stalks, washed and chopped
  • 1 onion, roughly chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Place the turkey carcass in a large soup pot.
  • Add the onions, celery, garlic and carrots.
  • Cover the turkey bones with the filtered water
  • Simmer for at least 6- hours on the stove pot or slow cooker.
